Welcome to JanusBridge.ai (the "Service"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you") and KKCompany Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd., Taiwan Branch ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description & Disclaimer

JanusBridge.ai operates strictly as an AI API routing and billing gateway. We enable users to access various Large Language Models (LLMs) hosted by third-party upstream providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic; collectively, "Upstream Providers") via a unified platform.

Disclaimer: We act solely as a technical conduit. We do not develop, train, or control the underlying AI models. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, non-infringement, or reliability of the AI-generated outputs (including potential "hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for how you utilize the AI outputs and for ensuring your end-user applications comply with all applicable laws.

2. Account Registration & Single Sign-On (SSO)

By logging in via your existing KKBOX account, you authorize us to access basic profile information (e.g., email address, User ID) necessary to provision your account.

You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Any API requests made or charges incurred under your API keys will be deemed authorized by you.

3. Payments, Billing, and Pricing

Currency: All transactions are calculated and billed in US Dollars (USD).

Prepaid Credits Model: The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go, prepaid credits system. There are no hidden recurring subscription fees. You must purchase credits via our designated third-party payment processor, Adyen, before making API requests.

Usage Deduction: Credits are deducted in real-time based on the actual tokens consumed by your API calls. If your credit balance reaches zero, API access will be automatically suspended until you recharge.

4. Pass-Through Obligations & Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service relies entirely on Upstream Providers. You represent and warrant that you will strictly comply with the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies (AUP) of all applicable Upstream Providers.

You shall not use the Service to: (i) generate illegal, malicious, or hateful content; (ii) infringe upon intellectual property rights; or (iii) use the outputs to develop or train competing foundational AI models.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account without refund if you violate these terms.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.
